ABOUT GLENDA S. KLEIN

Glenda has over 35 years of experience in both public and privately held mortgage companies both in the United States and Australia in addition to a wide range of other financial arenas. She has created management, strategic planning and systems integration during her long career. She joined First Rate Financial Group in order to bring to the team her knowledge and experience in building profitable mortgage banking.

Through a very difficult 2010 for most mortgage companies, First Rate Financial Group was able to grow and weather the mortgage hurricane. Glenda believes in innovative and hands-on solutions, with focus on building solid teams. She is responsible for finance, accounting, treasury and IT. Her motto is that working together as a team creates a company that is like a family.

In 2011 Glenda was one of 56 individuals who were nominated for the 2011 Top Chief Financial Officer award by The San Fernando Valley Business Journal. These individuals were singled out as those who are bringing major change to their companies. She has been featured in articles in Secondary Market Executive (September 1997) and National Mortgage News (June 1997), both major industry publications.
