ABOUT SHARON WAIMEY KROKER

Doug Kroker and Sharon Waimey Kroker have over 40 years of combined experience assisting California residents with real estate financing. Doug and Sharon put their extensive lending knowledge and expertise to work for each of their clients when they search for a loan program to best meet their client’s financial situation. With an experienced, professional staff and a determination to always go the extra mile, they have helped hundreds of clients realize their dreams of home ownership and achieve their financial objectives.

Doug and Sharon are consistently busy thanks to referrals from clients who recommend them to friends, family and business associates. Doug is proud that much of his business today comes from relationships that began in 1988 when he first started his career in real estate lending. “I am still helping families that I assisted over 20 years ago, because they see me as a trusted advisor and friend, not just their mortgage broker.”

Sharon, a California native, graduated magna cum laude from the University of Southern California. She received a certificate in paralegal studies from UCLA where she was ranked #1 in her class. Sharon has extensive experience in loan originations, including the management and training of loan officers, processors and real estate agents.

Doug and Sharon reside in Westlake Village with their Labrabull, Riley.
