Faye Miran is a Senior Mortgage Consultant with First Rate Financial. She has been working as a Residential Mortgage specialist for the past 25 years.

Faye has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with emphasis in Economics. She has built a reputation in the industry as a dedicated and extremely passionate Mortgage broker. She has developed her business with the motto of “helping everyone to get the best available financing everyday”.

Faye takes pride in having helped over 1000 families to get into their dream homes over the years. She prides herself by building a long lasting relationship with her clients which goes well beyond the close of escrow. She is continuously referred by her clients to their family and friends. She takes special joy in helping the second generation of her clients to get into their first homes.

Faye has been conducting educational seminars for home buyers and Realtors on topics such as “How to Raise Your Credit Score”, and “All You Need to Know about Buying Your First House” since 2004 and has written numerous articles in Ventura County Star on these subjects.
