ABOUT DAVID ROTER

David is a Senior Loan Officer with more than ten years of experience in the industry. He is devoted to helping all clients understand the mortgage process and all options available to them. He specializes in helping first-time buyers, move-ups, CPAs/Accountants, and luxury purchases in the Southern California area. Along with being a licensed Mortgage Broker, David is also a licensed Real Estate Broker who brings a wealth of knowledge to every project.

Assisting clients in finding the programs best-suited to their situation is one of the most rewarding aspects of his work, from zero down, interest-only, ARMs, FHA/VA, jumbo, home equity, or conventional loan programs.

A dedicated member of the community, David has volunteered to coach baseball and softball for local sports leagues in Simi Valley for the last twenty years, been a director for GBYS sports for ten, served as a youth leader for a number of local churches for fifteen, and teaches children how to wakeboard every summer. He himself is an avid boater.
