ABOUT DAVIN JACOB CAREY

Davin acted in TV shows, movies, and national commercials as a child. After retiring from the limelight at the ripe old age of 10, he started to trade stock with some of his earnings, and a few years later he become a self-taught computer repair technician and business owner.

Once in college, he continued his technical and business savvy by operating a successful, local computer repair business at his Alma Mater, San Diego State University.

Also while away at college, Davin decided rather than paying rent, he should buy an investment property to both occupy and rent, which he did, but only after securing his Real Estate Salespersons license, and all of this before his 21st birthday!

After completing college, and with more than a decade of wealth management experience under his belt, Davin joined his family’s business, Carey & Hanna, CPA’s & Financial Services, eventually earning the title of Lead Financial Advisor.

In 2013, with Davin’s leadership, Carey & Hanna CPA’s & Financial Services was recognized as a “Top Wealth Magnet” by Accounting Today.

Today, as part of his comprehensive plan, Davin helps clients as both an advisor and a Real Estate Broker handling his clients’ mortgage financing needs, whether the needs be purchasing a new home, refinancing an existing property, or strategizing about investment real estate financing (his college major!)
