ABOUT JAMIE MINOR
Jamie is an expert in leadership, market share growth, operations and sales effectiveness, team building and cost control. Over her 23-year career in mortgage banking, Jamie has gained a reputation as a results-oriented leader proficient at organizing, streamlining and strengthening financial operations to maximize performance and profitability.
Jamie began her career in sales, working first as a retail loan officer and then as a wholesale account executive. Jamie Served as Vice President and Branch Manager of First Franklin Financial Corp, and President of Capital Six Funding which she co-founded. In 2009, she joined First Rate Financial Group as their Chief Operations Officer in order to establish them as an emerging mortgage banker to grow their operations and create capital markets opportunities including warehouse lending, correspondent lending and portfolio lending.
Jamie earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics, Communication and Political Science from the University of Arizona. She earned her Real Estate Sales license in 1989 and has served as a Board Member of the California Mortgage Bankers Association.
