ABOUT NOEL

Noel Kelman is a licensed California Real Estate Salesperson and Mortgage Loan Officer with over 10 years of experience building teams, coaching leaders, and training thousands. Driven and a natural leader, Noel has led the Westlake Village Chapter of MOPS for over four years, co-founded the 90-Day Fitness Challenge of Facebook, as well as leading local Bible studies for more than fifteen years.

Noel grew up on a small town in California’s Central Valley and attended Cal Poly University to earn her BS in Organizational Development. She has earned the title of Certified Mortgage Planning Specialist (CMPS) and is dedicated to keeping her clients on the right track to achieving their dreams of home ownership.
